Salmo 82

¹Salmo de Asafe: Deus está na congregação dos poderosos, e julga no meio dos deuses.

²Até quando julgareis injustamente, e favoreceis a aparência dos perversos? (Selá)

³Fazei justiça ao pobre e ao órfão; defendei o afligido e o pobre.

⁴Livrai ao pobre e necessitado, resgatai -o das mãos dos perversos.

⁵Eles nada conhecem, nem entendem; continuamente andam em trevas; abalam-se todos os fundamentos da terra.

⁶Eu disse: Sois deuses; e todos vós sois filhos do Altíssimo.

⁷Porém morrereis como homens, e caireis como qualquer um dos líderes.

⁸Levanta-te, ó Deus; julga a terra, pois tu és o dono de todas as nações.

¹A Psalm of Asaph. God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.

²How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.

³Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.

⁴Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.

⁵They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.

⁶I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.

⁷But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.

⁸Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.

¹Psalmus Asaph. Deus stetit in synagoga deorum; in medio autem deos dijudicat.

²Usquequo judicatis iniquitatem, et facies peccatorum sumitis?

³Judicate egeno et pupillo; humilem et pauperem justificate.

⁴Eripite pauperem, et egenum de manu peccatoris liberate.

⁵Nescierunt, neque intellexerunt; in tenebris ambulant: movebuntur omnia fundamenta terræ.

⁶Ego dixi: Dii estis, et filii Excelsi omnes.

⁷Vos autem sicut homines moriemini, et sicut unus de principibus cadetis.

⁸Surge, Deus, judica terram, quoniam tu hæreditabis in omnibus gentibus.

¹Ψαλμὸς τῷ Ἀσάφ. Ὁ θεὸς ἔστη ἐν συναγωγῇ θεῶν, ἐν μέσῳ δὲ θεοὺς διακρίνει.

²ἕως πότε κρίνετε ἀδικίαν, καὶ πρόσωπα ἁμαρτωλῶν λαμβάνετε; διάψαλμα.

³κρίνατε ὀρφανὸν καὶ πτωχόν, ταπεινὸν καὶ πένητα δικαιώσατε·

⁴ἐξέλεσθε πένητα καὶ πτωχόν, ἐκ χειρὸς ἁμαρτωλοῦ ῥύσασθε.

⁵οὐκ ἔγνωσαν οὐδὲ συνῆκαν, ἐν σκότει διαπορεύονται· σαλευθήσονται πάντα τὰ θεμέλια τῆς γῆς.

⁶ἐγὼ εἶπα Θεοί ἐστε καὶ υἱοὶ Ὑψίστου πάντες·

⁷ὑμεῖς δὲ δὴ ὡς ἄνθρωποι ἀποθνήσκετε, καὶ ὡς εἷς τῶν ἀρχόντων πίπτετε.

⁸ἀνάστα, ὁ θεός, κρῖνον τὴν γῆν· ὅτι σὺ κατακληρονομήσεις ἐν πᾶσιν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν.
