Salmo 65

¹Salmo e cântico de Davi, para o regente: A ti, Deus, pertence a tranquilidade e o louvor em Sião; e a ti será pago o voto.

²Tu, que ouves as orações; toda carne virá a ti.

³Perversidades têm me dominado, porém tu tiras a culpa de nossas transgressões.

⁴Bem-aventurado é aquele a quem tu escolhes, e o fazes aproximar, para que habite em teus cômodos; seremos fartos do bem de tua casa, na santidade de teu templo.

⁵Tu nos responderá de forma justa por meio de coisas temíveis. O Deus de nossa salvação é a confiança de todos os limites da terra, e dos lugares mais distantes do mar.

⁶Ele é o que firma os montes com sua força, revestido de poder.

⁷Ele é o que amansa o ruído dos mares, o ruído de suas ondas, e o tumulto dos povos.

⁸Até os que habitam nos lugares mais distantes temem teus sinais; tu fazes alegres o nascer e o pôr do sol.

⁹Tu visitas a terra, e a regas; tu a enriqueces; o rio de Deus está cheio de águas; tu preparas a terra, e lhes dá trigo.

¹⁰Enche seus regos de águas,fazendo-as descer em suas margens; com muita chuva a amoleces, e abençoas o que dela brota.

¹¹Coroas o ano com tua bondade; e teus caminhos transbordam fartura.

¹²Eles são derramados sobre os pastos do deserto; e os morros se revestem de alegria.

¹³Os campos se revestem de rebanhos, e os vales são cobertos de trigo; e por isso se alegram e cantam.

¹To the chief Musician, A Psalm and Song of David. Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.

²O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.

³Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.

⁴Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.

⁵By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea:

⁶Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; being girded with power:

⁷Which stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.

⁸They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.

⁹Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, which is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.

¹⁰Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof.

¹¹Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness.

¹²They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side.

¹³The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.

²Te decet hymnus, Deus, in Sion, et tibi reddetur votum in Jerusalem.

³Exaudi orationem meam; ad te omnis caro veniet.

⁴Verba iniquorum prævaluerunt super nos, et impietatibus nostris tu propitiaberis.

⁵Beatus quem elegisti et assumpsisti: inhabitabit in atriis tuis. Replebimur in bonis domus tuæ; sanctum est templum tuum,

⁶mirabile in æquitate. Exaudi nos, Deus, salutaris noster, spes omnium finium terræ, et in mari longe.

⁷Præparans montes in virtute tua, accinctus potentia;

⁸qui conturbas profundum maris, sonum fluctuum ejus. Turbabuntur gentes,

⁹et timebunt qui habitant terminos a signis tuis; exitus matutini et vespere delectabis.

¹⁰Visitasti terram, et inebriasti eam; multiplicasti locupletare eam. Flumen Dei repletum est aquis; parasti cibum illorum: quoniam ita est præparatio ejus.

¹¹Rivos ejus inebria; multiplica genimina ejus: in stillicidiis ejus lætabitur germinans.

¹²Benedices coronæ anni benignitatis tuæ, et campi tui replebuntur ubertate.

¹³Pinguescent speciosa deserti, et exsultatione colles accingentur.

¹⁴Induti sunt arietes ovium, et valles abundabunt frumento; clamabunt, etenim hymnum dicent.

¹Εἰς τὸ τέλος· ψαλμὸς τῷ Δαυείδ, ᾠδή.

²Σοὶ πρέπει ὕμνος, ὁ θεός, ἐν Σιών, καὶ σοὶ ἀποδοθήσεται εὐχή.

³εἰσάκουσον προσευχῆς μου, πρὸς σὲ πᾶσα σὰρξ ἥξει.

⁴λόγοι ἀνόμων ὑπερηδυνάμωσαν ἡμᾶς, καὶ τὰς ἀσεβείας ἡμῶν σὺ ἱλάσῃ.

⁵μακάριος ὃν ἐξελέξω καὶ προσελάβου, κατασκηνώσει ἐν ταῖς αὐλαῖς σου. πλησθησόμεθα ἐν τοῖς ἀγαθοῖς τοῦ οἴκου σου· ἅγιος ὁ ναός σου,

⁶θαυμαστὸς ἐν δικαιοσύνῃ. ἐπάκουσον ἡμῶν, ὁ θεὸς ὁ σωτὴρ ἡμῶν, ἡ ἐλπὶς πάντων τῶν περάτων τῆς γῆς·

⁷ἑτοιμάζων ὄρη ἐν τῇ ἰσχύι σου, περιεζωσμένος ἐν δυναστίᾳ·

⁸ὁ συνταράσσων τὸ ὕδωρ τῆς θαλάσσης, ἤχους κυμάτων αὐτῆς. ταραχθήσονται τὰ ἔθνη

⁹καὶ φοβηθήσονται οἱ κατοικοῦντες τὰ πέρατα ἀπὸ τῶν σημείων σου· ἐξόδους πρωίας καὶ ἑσπέρας τέρψεις.

¹⁰ἐπεσκέψω τὴν γῆν καὶ ἐμέθυσας αὐτήν, ἐπλήθυνας τοῦ πλουτίσαι αὐτήν· ὁ ποταμὸς τοῦ θεοῦ ἐπληρώθη ὑδάτων· ἡτοίμασας τὴν τροφὴν αὐτῶν, ὅτι οὕτως ἡ ἑτοιμασία σου.

¹¹τοὺς αὔλακας αὐτῆς μέθυσον, πλήθυνον τὰ γενήματα αὐτῆς, ἐν ταῖς σταγόσιν αὐτῆς εὐφρανθήσεται ἀνατέλλουσα.

¹²εὐλογήσεις τὸν στέφανον τοῦ ἐνιαυτοῦ τῆς χρηστότητός σου, καὶ τὰ πεδία σου πλησθήσονται πιότητος·

¹³πιανθήσεται τὰ ὄρη τῆς ἐρήμου, καὶ ἀγαλλίασιν οἱ βουνοὶ περιζώσονται.

¹⁴ἐνεδύσαντο οἱ κριοὶ τῶν προβάτων, καὶ αἱ κοιλάδες πληθυνοῦσι σῖτον· κεκράξονται, καὶ γὰρ ὑμνήσουσιν.
