Salmo 24

¹Salmo de Davi: Ao SENHOR pertence a terra, e sua plenitude; o mundo, e os que nele habitam.

²Porque ele a fundou sobre os mares; e sobre os rios ele a firmou.

³Quem subirá ao monte do SENHOR? E quem ficará de pé no lugar de sua santidade?

⁴Aquele que é limpo de mãos, e puro de coração, que não entrega sua alma para as coisas vãs, nem jura enganosamente.

⁵Este receberá a bênção do SENHOR, e a justiça do Deus de sua salvação.

⁶Esta é a geração dos que o buscam, dos que procuram a tua face: a geração de Jacó. (Selá)

⁷Levantai, portas, vossas cabeças; e levantai-vos vós, entradas eternas; para que entre o Rei da Glória.

⁸Quem é o Rei da Glória? O SENHOR forte e poderoso, o SENHOR poderoso na guerra.

¹A Psalm of David. The earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

²For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

³Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? or who shall stand in his holy place?

⁴He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

⁵He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

⁶This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.

⁷Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

⁸Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.

¹Ψαλμὸς τῷ Δαυείδ· τῆς μιᾶς σαββάτων. Τοῦ κυρίου ἡ γῆ καὶ τὸ πλήρωμα αὐτῆς, ἡ οἰκουμένη καὶ πάντες οἱ κατοικοῦντες ἐν αὐτῇ.

²αὐτὸς ἐπὶ θαλασσῶν ἐθεμελίωσεν αὐτήν, καὶ ἐπὶ ποταμῶν ἡτοίμασεν αὐτήν.

³τίς ἀναβήσεται εἰς τὸ ὄρος τοῦ κυρίου, καὶ τίς στήσεται ἐν τόπῳ ἁγίῳ αὐτοῦ;

⁴ἀθῷος χερσὶν καὶ καθαρὸς τῇ καρδίᾳ, ὃς οὐκ ἔλαβεν ἐπὶ ματαίῳ τὴν ψυχὴν αὐτοῦ, καὶ οὐκ ὤμοσεν ἐπὶ δόλῳ τῷ πλησίον αὐτοῦ.

⁵οὗτος λήμψεται εὐλογίαν παρὰ Κυρίου, καὶ ἐλεημοσύνην παρὰ θεοῦ σωτῆρος αὐτοῦ.

⁶αὕτη ἡ γενεὰ ζητούντων αὐτόν, ζητούντων τὸ πρόσωπον τοῦ θεοῦ Ἰακώβ. διάψαλμα.

⁷ἄρατε πύλας, οἱ ἄρχοντες ὑμῶν, καὶ ἐπάρθητε, πύλαι αἰώνιοι, καὶ εἰσελεύσεται ὁ βασιλεὺς τῆς δόξης.

⁸τίς ἐστιν οὗτος ὁ βασιλεὺς τῆς δόξης; Κύριος κραταιὸς καὶ δυνατός, Κύριος δυνατὸς ἐν πολέμῳ.

⁹ἄρατε πύλας, οἱ ἄρχοντες ὑμῶν, καὶ ἐπάρθητε, πύλαι αἰώνιοι, καὶ εἰσελεύσεται ὁ βασιλεὺς τῆς δόξης.

¹⁰τίς ἐστιν οὗτος ὁ βασιλεὺς τῆς δόξης; Κύριος τῶν δυνάμεων, αὐτός ἐστιν οὗτος ὁ βασιλεὺς τῆς δόξης.
