Salmo 15

¹Salmo de Davi: SENHOR, quem morará em tua tenda? Quem habitará no monte de tua santidade?

²Aquele que anda sinceramente, e pratica a justiça; e com seu coração fala a verdade;

³Aquele que não murmura com sua língua; não faz mal ao seu companheiro, nem aceita insulto contra seu próximo.

⁴Em seus olhos despreza à pessoa que é digna de reprovação, mas honra aos que temem ao SENHOR; mantém seu juramento até sob seu próprio prejuízo, e não muda.

⁵Tal pessoa não empresta seu dinheiro com juros; nem aceita suborno contra o inocente; quem faz isto, nunca se abalará.

¹A Psalm of David. Lord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?

²He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.

³He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.

⁴In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the Lord. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.

⁵He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.

¹Psalmus David. Domine, quis habitabit in tabernaculo tuo? aut quis requiescet in monte sancto tuo?

²Qui ingreditur sine macula, et operatur justitiam;

³qui loquitur veritatem in corde suo: qui non egit dolum in lingua sua, nec fecit proximo suo malum, et opprobrium non accepit adversus proximos suos.

⁴Ad nihilum deductus est in conspectu ejus malignus; timentes autem Dominum glorificat. Qui jurat proximo suo, et non decipit;

⁵qui pecuniam suam non dedit ad usuram, et munera super innocentem non accepit: qui facit hæc non movebitur in æternum.

¹Ψαλμὸς τῷ Δαυείδ. Κύριε, τίς παροικήσει ἐν τῷ σκηνώματί σου; καὶ τίς κατασκηνώσει ἐν τῷ ὄρει τῷ ἁγίῳ σου;

²πορευόμενος ἄμωμος καὶ ἐργαζόμενος δικαιοσύνην, λαλῶν ἀλήθειαν ἐν καρδίᾳ αὐτοῦ·

³ὃς οὐκ ἐδόλωσεν ἐν γλώσσῃ αὐτοῦ, οὐδὲ ἐποίησεν τῷ πλησίον αὐτοῦ κακόν, καὶ ὀνειδισμὸν οὐκ ἔλαβεν ἐπὶ τοὺς ἔγγιστα αὐτοῦ·

⁴ἐξουδένωται ἐνώπιον αὐτοῦ πονηρευόμενος, τοὺς δὲ φοβουμένους Κύριον δοξάζει· ὁ ὀμνύων τῷ πλησίον αὐτοῦ καὶ οὐκ ἀθετῶν·

⁵τὸ ἀργύριον αὐτοῦ οὐκ ἔδωκεν ἐπὶ τόκῳ, καὶ δῶρα ἐπ᾽ ἀθῴοις οὐκ ἔλαβεν· ὁ ποιῶν ταῦτα οὐ σαλευθήσεται εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα.
