Salmo 128

¹Cântico dos degraus: Bem-aventurado todo aquele que teme ao SENHOR, e anda em seus caminhos.

²Porque comerás do trabalho de tuas mãos; tu serás bem-aventurado, e bem lhe sucederá.

³Tua mulher será como a videira frutífera, ao lado de tua casa; e teus filhos como plantas de oliveira ao redor de tua mesa.

⁴Eis que assim é bendito o homem que teme ao SENHOR.

⁵O SENHOR te abençoará desde Sião, e tu verás o bem de Jerusalém todos os dias de tua vida.

⁶E verás os filhos de teus filhos, e a paz sobre Israel.

¹A Song of degrees. Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways.

²For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.

³Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.

⁴Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the Lord.

⁵The Lord shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.

⁶Yea, thou shalt see thy children’s children, and peace upon Israel.

¹Canticum graduum. Beati omnes qui timent Dominum, qui ambulant in viis ejus.

²Labores manuum tuarum quia manducabis: beatus es, et bene tibi erit.

³Uxor tua sicut vitis abundans in lateribus domus tuæ; filii tui sicut novellæ olivarum in circuitu mensæ tuæ.

⁴Ecce sic benedicetur homo qui timet Dominum.

⁵Benedicat tibi Dominus ex Sion, et videas bona Jerusalem omnibus diebus vitæ tuæ.

⁶Et videas filios filiorum tuorum: pacem super Israël.

¹ᾨδὴ τῶν ἀναβαθμῶν. Μακάριοι πάντες οἱ φοβούμενοι τὸν κύριον, οἱ πορευόμενοι ἐν ταῖς ὁδοῖς αὐτοῦ.

²τοὺς καρποὺς τῶν πόνων σου φάγεσαι, μακάριος εἶ καὶ καλῶς σοι ἔσται.

³ἡ γυνή σου ὡς ἄμπελος εὐθηνοῦσα ἐν τοῖς κλίτεσι τῆς οἰκίας σου· οἱ υἱοί σου ὡς νεόφυτα ἐλαιῶν κύκλῳ τῆς τραπέζης σου.

⁴ἰδοὺ οὕτως εὐλογηθήσεται ὁ ἄνθρωπος ὁ φοβούμενος τὸν κύριον.

⁵εὐλογήσαι σε Κύριος ἐκ Σιών, καὶ ἴδοις τὰ ἀγαθὰ Ἰερουσαλὴμ πάσας τὰς ἡμέρας τῆς ζωῆς σου,

⁶καὶ ἴδοις υἱοὺς τῶν υἱῶν σου. εἰρήνη ἐπὶ τὸν Ἰσραήλ.
