Salmo 121

¹Cântico dos degraus: Levanto meus olhos aos montes. De onde virá meu socorro?

²Meu socorro vem do SENHOR, que fez os céus e a terra.

³Ele não deixará o teu pé se abalar, nem cochilará o teu guardião.

⁴Eis que não cochilará nem dormirá o Guardião de Israel.

⁵O SENHOR é o teu guardião; o SENHOR é a sombra à tua direita.

⁶O sol não te ferirá durante o dia, nem a lua durante a noite.

⁷O SENHOR te guardará de todo mal; ele guardará a tua alma.

⁸O SENHOR guardará tua saída e tua entrada, desde agora e para sempre.

¹A Song of degrees. I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

²My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.

³He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

⁴Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

⁵The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.

⁶The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

⁷The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.

⁸The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

¹Canticum graduum. Levavi oculos meos in montes, unde veniet auxilium mihi.

²Auxilium meum a Domino, qui fecit cælum et terram.

³Non det in commotionem pedem tuum, neque dormitet qui custodit te.

⁴Ecce non dormitabit neque dormiet qui custodit Israël.

⁵Dominus custodit te; Dominus protectio tua super manum dexteram tuam.

⁶Per diem sol non uret te, neque luna per noctem.

⁷Dominus custodit te ab omni malo; custodiat animam tuam Dominus.

⁸Dominus custodiat introitum tuum et exitum tuum, ex hoc nunc et usque in sæculum.

¹ᾨδὴ τῶν ἀναβαθμῶν. Ἦρα τοὺς ὀφθαλμούς μου εἰς τὰ ὄρη· πόθεν ἥξει ἡ βοήθειά μου;

²ἡ βοήθειά μου παρὰ Κυρίου τοῦ ποιήσαντος τὸν οὐρανὸν καὶ τὴν γῆν.

³μὴ δῷς εἰς σάλον τὸν πόδα σου, μηδὲ νυστάξει ὁ φυλάσσων σε.

⁴ἰδοὺ οὐ νυστάξει οὐδὲ ἐξυπνώσει ὁ φυλάσσων τὸν Ἰσραήλ.

⁵Κύριος φυλάξει σε, Κύριος σκέπη σου ἐπὶ χεῖρα δεξιάν σου·

⁶ἡμέρας ὁ ἥλιος οὐκ ἐκκαύσει σε, καὶ ἡ σελήνη τὴν νύκτα.

⁷Κύριος φυλάξει σε ἀπὸ παντὸς κακοῦ, φυλάξαι τὴν ψυχήν σου.

⁸Κύριος φυλάξει τὴν εἴσοδόν σου καὶ τὴν ἔξοδόν σου ἀπὸ τοῦ νῦν καὶ ἕως τοῦ αἰῶνος.
