Salmo 110

¹Salmo de Davi: O SENHOR disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo de teus pés.

²O SENHOR enviará o cetro de tua força desde Sião, dizendo: Domina tu no meio de teus inimigos.

³Teu povo será voluntário no dia do teu poder; com santas honras, desde o ventre do amanhecer, tu terás o orvalho de tua juventude.

⁴O SENHOR jurou, e não se arrependerá: Tu és Sacerdote eterno, segundo a ordem de Melquisedeque.

⁵O Senhor está à tua direita; ele ferirá aos reis no dia de sua ira.

⁶Julgará entre as nações; ele as encherá de corpos mortos; e ferirá a cabeça de uma grande terra.

⁷Ele beberá do ribeiro no caminho, então levantará a cabeça.

¹A Psalm of David. The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

²The Lord shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.

³Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.

⁴The Lord hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

⁵The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.

⁶He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.

⁷He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.

¹Psalmus David. Dixit Dominus Domino meo: Sede a dextris meis, donec ponam inimicos tuos scabellum pedum tuorum.

²Virgam virtutis tuæ emittet Dominus ex Sion: dominare in medio inimicorum tuorum.

³Tecum principium in die virtutis tuæ in splendoribus sanctorum: ex utero, ante luciferum, genui te.

⁴Juravit Dominus, et non pœnitebit eum: Tu es sacerdos in æternum secundum ordinem Melchisedech.

⁵Dominus a dextris tuis; confregit in die iræ suæ reges.

⁶Judicabit in nationibus, implebit ruinas; conquassabit capita in terra multorum.

⁷De torrente in via bibet; propterea exaltabit caput.

¹Τῷ Δαυεὶδ ψαλμός. Εἶπεν ὁ κύριος τῷ κυρίῳ μου Κάθου ἐκ δεξιῶν μου ἕως ἂν θῶ τοὺς ἐχθρούς σου ὑποπόδιον τῶν ποδῶν σου.

²ῥάβδον δυνάμεως ἐξαποστελεῖ Κύριος ἐκ Σιών· καὶ κατακυρίευε ἐν μέσῳ τῶν ἐχθρῶν σου.

³μετὰ σοῦ ἀρχὴ ἐν ἡμέρᾳ τῆς δυνάμεώς σου, ἐν τῇ λαμπρότητι τῶν ἁγίων· ἐκ γαστρὸς πρὸ ἑωσφόρου ἐξεγέννησά σε.

⁴ὤμοσεν Κύριος καὶ οὐ μεταμεληθήσεται Σὺ εἶ ἱερεὺς εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα κατὰ τὴν τάξιν Μελχισέδεκ.

⁵κύριος ἐκ δεξιῶν σου συνέθλασεν ἐν ἡμέρᾳ ὀργῆς αὐτοῦ βασιλεῖς·

⁶κρινεῖ ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν, πληρώσει πτῶμα, συνθλάσει κεφαλὰς ἐπὶ γῆν πολλήν.

⁷ἐκ χειμάρρου ἐν ὁδῷ πίεται· διὰ τοῦτο ὑψώσει κεφαλήν.
