Salmo 68

¹Salmo e canção de Davi, para o regente: Deus se levantará, e seus inimigos serão dispersos, e os que o odeiam fugirão de sua presença.

²Assim como a fumaça se espalha, tu os espalharás; assim como a cera que se derrete diante do fogo, assim também os perversos perecerão diante de Deus.

³Mas os justos se alegrarão, e saltarão de prazer perante Deus, e se encherão de alegria.

⁴Cantai a Deus, cantai louvores ao seu nome; exaltai aquele que anda montado sobre as nuvens, pois EU-SOU é o seu nome; e alegrai -vos diante dele.

⁵Ele é o pai dos órfãos, e juiz que defende as viúvas; Deus na habitação de sua santidade.

⁶Deus que faz os solitários viverem em uma família, e liberta os prisioneiros; mas os rebeldes habitam em terra seca.

⁷Deus, quando tu saías perante teu povo, enquanto caminhavas pelo deserto (Selá),

⁸A terra se abalava, e os céus se derramavam perante a presença de Deus; neste Sinai, diante da presença de Deus, o Deus de Israel.

⁹Tu fizeste a chuva cair abundantemente, e firmaste tu herança, que estava cansada.

¹⁰Nela o teu rebanho habitou; por tua bondade, Deus, sustentaste ao miserável.

¹¹O Senhor falou; grande é o exército das que anunciam as boas novas.

¹²Reis de exércitos fugiam apressadamente; e aquela que ficava em casa repartia os despojos.

¹³Ainda que estivésseis cercados por ambos os lados, estais protegidos como que por asas de pomba, cobertas de prata, e suas penas revestidas de ouro.

¹⁴Quando o Todo-Poderoso espalhou os reis, houve neve em Salmom.

¹⁵O monte de Deus é como o monte de Basã; é um monte bem alto, como o monte de Basã.

¹⁶Por que olhais com inveja, ó montes altos? A este monte Deus desejou para ser sua habitação; e o SENHOR habitará nele para sempre.

¹⁷As carruagens de Deus são várias dezenas de milhares; o Senhor está entre elas, como em Sinai, em seu santuário.

¹⁸Tu subiste ao alto, levaste cativos, recebeste bens dos homens, até dos rebeldes, para que ali o SENHOR Deus habitasse.

¹⁹Bendito seja o Senhor; dia após dia ele nos carrega; Deus é nossa salvação. (Selá)

²⁰Nosso Deus é um Deus de salvação; e com o Senhor DEUS há livramento para a morte;

²¹Pois Deus ferirá a cabeça de seus inimigos, o topo da cabeça, onde ficam os cabelos, daquele que anda na prática de suas transgressões.

²²O Senhor disse: Eu os farei voltar de Basã; eu os farei voltar das profundezas do mar.

²³Para que metas teu pé no sangue dos teus inimigos; e nele também terá uma parte a língua de cada um de teus cães.

²⁴Viram teus caminhos, ó Deus; os caminhos de meu Deus, meu Rei, no santuário.

²⁵Os cantores vieram adiante, depois os instrumentistas; entre eles as virgens tocadoras de tamborins.

²⁶Bendizei a Deus nas congregações; bendizei ao SENHOR, desde a fonte de Israel.

²⁷Ali está o pequeno Benjamim, que domina sobre eles; os chefes de Judá e a congregação deles; os chefes de Zebulom, e os chefes de Nafitali.

²⁸Teu Deus ordenou tua força; fortalece, ó Deus, o que já operaste por nós.

²⁹Ao teu templo, em Jerusalém, os Reis te trarão presentes.

³⁰Repreende a fera das canas, a multidão de touros, juntamente com as bezerras dos povos; aos que humilham a si mesmos em troca de peças e prata; dissipa aos povos que gostam da guerra.

³¹Embaixadores virão do Egito; Cuxe correrá para estender suas mãos a Deus.

³²Reinos da terra, cantai a Deus; cantai louvores ao Senhor. (Selá)

³³Ele anda montado por entre os céus desde os tempos antigos; eis que sua voz fala poderosamente.

³⁴Reconhecei o poder de Deus; sobre Israel está sua exaltação, e sua força está nas altas nuvens.

³⁵Deus, tu és temível desde teus santuários; o Deus de Israel é o que dá força e poder ao povo. Bendito seja Deus!

¹To the chief Musician, A Psalm or Song of David. Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.

²As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.

³But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice.

⁴Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name Jah, and rejoice before him.

⁵A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation.

⁶God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.

⁷O God, when thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; Selah:

⁸The earth shook, the heavens also dropped at the presence of God: even Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel.

⁹Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, whereby thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary.

¹⁰Thy congregation hath dwelt therein: thou, O God, hast prepared of thy goodness for the poor.

¹¹The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.

¹²Kings of armies did flee apace: and she that tarried at home divided the spoil.

¹³Though ye have lien among the pots, yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold.

¹⁴When the Almighty scattered kings in it, it was white as snow in Salmon.

¹⁵The hill of God is as the hill of Bashan; an high hill as the hill of Bashan.

¹⁶Why leap ye, ye high hills? this is the hill which God desireth to dwell in; yea, the Lord will dwell in it for ever.

¹⁷The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place.

¹⁸Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the Lord God might dwell among them.

¹⁹Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.

²⁰He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto God the Lord belong the issues from death.

²¹But God shall wound the head of his enemies, and the hairy scalp of such an one as goeth on still in his trespasses.

²²The Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring my people again from the depths of the sea:

²³That thy foot may be dipped in the blood of thine enemies, and the tongue of thy dogs in the same.

²⁴They have seen thy goings, O God; even the goings of my God, my King, in the sanctuary.

²⁵The singers went before, the players on instruments followed after; among them were the damsels playing with timbrels.

²⁶Bless ye God in the congregations, even the Lord, from the fountain of Israel.

²⁷There is little Benjamin with their ruler, the princes of Judah and their council, the princes of Zebulun, and the princes of Naphtali.

²⁸Thy God hath commanded thy strength: strengthen, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us.

²⁹Because of thy temple at Jerusalem shall kings bring presents unto thee.

³⁰Rebuke the company of spearmen, the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the people, till every one submit himself with pieces of silver: scatter thou the people that delight in war.

³¹Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall soon stretch out her hands unto God.

³²Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto the Lord; Selah:

³³To him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, which were of old; lo, he doth send out his voice, and that a mighty voice.

³⁴Ascribe ye strength unto God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds.

³⁵O God, thou art terrible out of thy holy places: the God of Israel is he that giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be God.

²Exsurgat Deus, et dissipentur inimici ejus; et fugiant qui oderunt eum a facie ejus.

³Sicut deficit fumus, deficiant; sicut fluit cera a facie ignis, sic pereant peccatores a facie Dei.

⁴Et justi epulentur, et exsultent in conspectu Dei, et delectentur in lætitia.

⁵Cantate Deo; psalmum dicite nomini ejus: iter facite ei qui ascendit super occasum. Dominus nomen illi; exsultate in conspectu ejus. Turbabuntur a facie ejus,

⁶patris orphanorum, et judicis viduarum; Deus in loco sancto suo.

⁷Deus qui inhabitare facit unius moris in domo; qui educit vinctos in fortitudine, similiter eos qui exasperant, qui habitant in sepulchris.

⁸Deus, cum egredereris in conspectu populi tui, cum pertransires in deserto,

⁹terra mota est, etenim cæli distillaverunt, a facie Dei Sinai, a facie Dei Israël.

¹⁰Pluviam voluntariam segregabis, Deus, hæreditati tuæ; et infirmata est, tu vero perfecisti eam.

¹¹Animalia tua habitabunt in ea; parasti in dulcedine tua pauperi, Deus.

¹²Dominus dabit verbum evangelizantibus, virtute multa.

¹³Rex virtutum dilecti, dilecti; et speciei domus dividere spolia.

¹⁴Si dormiatis inter medios cleros, pennæ columbæ deargentatæ, et posteriora dorsi ejus in pallore auri.

¹⁵Dum discernit cælestis reges super eam, nive dealbabuntur in Selmon.

¹⁶Mons Dei, mons pinguis: mons coagulatus, mons pinguis.

¹⁷Ut quid suspicamini, montes coagulatos? mons in quo beneplacitum est Deo habitare in eo; etenim Dominus habitabit in finem.

¹⁸Currus Dei decem millibus multiplex, millia lætantium; Dominus in eis in Sina, in sancto.

¹⁹Ascendisti in altum, cepisti captivitatem, accepisti dona in hominibus; etenim non credentes inhabitare Dominum Deum.

²⁰Benedictus Dominus die quotidie: prosperum iter faciet nobis Deus salutarium nostrorum.

²¹Deus noster, Deus salvos faciendi; et Domini, Domini exitus mortis.

²²Verumtamen Deus confringet capita inimicorum suorum, verticem capilli perambulantium in delictis suis.

²³Dixit Dominus: Ex Basan convertam, convertam in profundum maris:

²⁴ut intingatur pes tuus in sanguine; lingua canum tuorum ex inimicis, ab ipso.

²⁵Viderunt ingressus tuos, Deus, ingressus Dei mei, regis mei, qui est in sancto.

²⁶Prævenerunt principes conjuncti psallentibus, in medio juvencularum tympanistriarum.

²⁷In ecclesiis benedicite Deo Domino de fontibus Israël.

²⁸Ibi Benjamin adolescentulus, in mentis excessu; principes Juda, duces eorum; principes Zabulon, principes Nephthali.

²⁹Manda, Deus, virtuti tuæ; confirma hoc, Deus, quod operatus es in nobis.

³⁰A templo tuo in Jerusalem, tibi offerent reges munera.

³¹Increpa feras arundinis; congregatio taurorum in vaccis populorum: ut excludant eos qui probati sunt argento. Dissipa gentes quæ bella volunt.

³²Venient legati ex Ægypto; Æthiopia præveniet manus ejus Deo.

³³Regna terræ, cantate Deo; psallite Domino; psallite Deo.

³⁴Qui ascendit super cælum cæli, ad orientem: ecce dabit voci suæ vocem virtutis.

³⁵Date gloriam Deo super Israël; magnificentia ejus et virtus ejus in nubibus.

³⁶Mirabilis Deus in sanctis suis; Deus Israël ipse dabit virtutem et fortitudinem plebi suæ. Benedictus Deus!

¹Εἰς τὸ τέλος· τῷ Δαυείδ, ψαλμὸς ᾠδῆς.

²Ἀναστήτω ὁ θεός, καὶ διασκορπισθήτωσαν οἱ ἐχθροὶ αὐτοῦ, καὶ φυγέτωσαν οἱ μισοῦντες αὐτὸν ἀπὸ προσώπου αὐτοῦ.

³ὡς ἐκλείπει καπνὸς ἐκλιπέτωσαν· ὡς τήκεται κηρὸς ἀπὸ προσώπου πυρός, οὕτως ἀπόλοιντο οἱ ἁμαρτωλοὶ ἀπὸ προσώπου τοῦ θεοῦ.

⁴καὶ οἱ δίκαιοι εὐφρανθήτωσαν, διάψαλμα. ἀγαλλιάσθωσαν ἐνώπιον τοῦ θεοῦ, τερφθήτωσαν ἐν εὐφροσύνῃ.

⁵ᾄσατε τῷ θεῷ, ψάλατε τῷ ὀνόματι αὐτοῦ· ὁδοποιήσατε τῷ ἐπιβεβηκότι ἐπὶ δυσμῶν· Κύριος ὄνομα αὐτῷ· καὶ ἀγαλλιᾶσθε ἐνώπιον αὐτοῦ.

⁶ταραχθήσονται ἀπὸ προσώπου αὐτοῦ, τοῦ πατρὸς τῶν ὀρφανῶν καὶ κριτοῦ τῶν χηρῶν· ὁ θεὸς ἐν τόπῳ ἁγίῳ αὐτοῦ.

⁷ὁ θεὸς κατοικίζει μονοτρόπους ἐν οἴκῳ, ἐξάγων πεπεδημένους ἐν ἀνδρίᾳ, ὁμοίως τοὺς παραπικραίνοντας, τοὺς κατοικοῦντας ἐν τάφοις.

⁸ὁ θεός, ἐν τῷ ἐκπορεύεσθαί σε ἐνώπιον τοῦ λαοῦ σου, ἐν τῷ διαβαίνειν σε τὴν ἔρημον, διάψαλμα.

⁹γῆ ἐσείσθη, καὶ γὰρ οἱ οὐρανοὶ ἔσταξαν ἀπὸ προσώπου τοῦ θεοῦ τοῦ Σινά, ἀπὸ προσώπου τοῦ θεοῦ Ἰσραήλ.

¹⁰βροχὴν ἑκούσιον ἀφοριεῖς, ὁ θεός, τῇ κληρονομίᾳ σου· καὶ ἠσθένησεν, σὺ δὲ κατηρτίσω αὐτήν.

¹¹τὰ ζῶά σου κατοικοῦσιν ἐν αὐτῇ, ἡτοίμασας ἐν τῇ χρηστότητί σου τῷ πτωχῷ.

¹²ὁ θεὸς κύριος δώσει ῥῆμα τοῖς εὐαγγελιζομένοις δυνάμει πολλῇ,

¹³ὁ βασιλεὺς τῶν δυνάμεων τοῦ ἀγαπητοῦ, τοῦ ἀγαπητοῦ, καὶ ὡραιότητι τοῦ οἴκου διελέσθαι σκῦλα.

¹⁴ἐὰν κοιμηθῆτε ἀνὰ μέσον τῶν κλήρων, πτέρυγες περιστερᾶς περιηργυρωμέναι, καὶ τὰ μετάφρενα αὐτῆς ἐν χλωρότητι χρυσίου. διάψαλμα.

¹⁵ἐν τῷ διαστέλλειν τὸν ἐπουράνιον βασιλεῖς ἐπ᾽ αὐτῆς, χιονωθήσονται ἐν Σελμών.

¹⁶ὄρος τοῦ θεοῦ ὄρος πῖον, ὄρος τετυρωμένον, ὄρος πῖον.

¹⁷ἵνα τί ὑπολαμβάνετε, ὄρη τετυρωμένα; τὸ ὄρος ὃ εὐδόκησεν ὁ θεὸς κατοικεῖν ἐν αὐτῷ· καὶ γὰρ ὁ κύριος κατασκηνώσει εἰς τέλος.

¹⁸τὸ ἅρμα τοῦ θεοῦ μυριοπλάσιον, χιλιάδες εὐθηνούντων· ὁ κύριος ἐν αὐτοῖς ἐν Σινά, ἐν τῷ ἁγίῳ.

¹⁹ἀναβὰς εἰς ὕψος ᾐχμαλώτευσας αἰχμαλωσίαν, ἔλαβες δόματα ἐν ἀνθρώπῳ, καὶ γὰρ ἀπειθοῦντες τοῦ κατασκηνῶσαι.

²⁰Κύριος ὁ θεὸς εὐλογητός, εὐλογητὸς Κύριος ἡμέραν καθ᾽ ἡμέραν, καὶ κατευοδώσει ἡμῖν ὁ θεὸς τῶν σωτηρίων ἡμῶν. διάψαλμα.

²¹ὁ θεὸς ἡμῶν ὁ θεὸς τοῦ σώζειν, καὶ τοῦ κυρίου αἱ διέξοδοι τοῦ θανάτου.

²²πλὴν ὁ θεὸς συνθλάσει κεφαλὰς ἐχθρῶν αὐτοῦ, κορυφὴν τριχὸς διαπορευομένων ἐν πλημμελίαις αὐτοῦ.

²³εἶπεν Κύριος Ἐκ Βασὰν ἐπιστρέψω, ἐπιστρέψω ἐν βυθοῖς θαλάσσης·

²⁴ὅπως ἂν βαφῇ ὁ πούς σου ἐν αἵματι, ἡ γλῶσσα τῶν κυνῶν σου ἐξ ἐχθρῶν παρ᾽ αὐτοῦ.

²⁵ἐθεωρήθησαν αἱ πορίαι σου, ὁ θεός, αἱ πορίαι τοῦ θεοῦ μου τοῦ βασιλέως τοῦ ἐν τῷ ἁγίῳ·

²⁶προέφθασαν ἄρχοντες ἐχόμενοι ψαλλόντων, ἐν μέσῳ νεανίδων τυμπανιστριῶν.

²⁷ἐν ἐκκλησίαις εὐλογεῖτε τὸν θεόν, τὸν κύριον ἐκ πηγῶν Ἰσραήλ.

²⁸ἐκεῖ Βενιαμεὶν νεώτερος ἐν ἐκστάσει, ἄρχοντες Ἰούδα ἡγεμόνες αὐτῶν, ἄρχοντες Ζαβουλών, ἄρχοντες Νεφθαλεί.

²⁹ἔντειλαι, θεός, τῇ δυνάμει σου, δυνάμωσον, ὁ θεός, τοῦτο ὃ κατηρτίσω ἡμῖν.

³⁰ἀπὸ τοῦ ναοῦ σου ἐπὶ Ἰερουσαλὴμ σοὶ οἴσουσιν βασιλεῖς δῶρα.

³¹ἐπιτίμησον τοῖς θηρίοις τοῦ καλάμου· ἡ συναγωγὴ τῶν ταύρων ἐν ταῖς δαμάλεσιν τῶν λαῶν τοῦ μὴ ἀποκλεισθῆναι τοὺς δεδοκιμασμένους τῷ ἀργυρίῳ· διασκόρπισον ἔθνη τὰ τοὺς πολέμους θέλοντα.

³²ἥξουσιν πρέσβεις ἐξ Αἰγύπτου, Αἰθιοπία προφθάσει χεῖρα αὐτῆς τῷ θεῷ.

³³αἱ βασιλεῖαι τῆς γῆς, ᾄσατε τῷ θεῷ, ψάλατε τῷ κυρίῳ. διάψαλμα.

³⁴ψάλατε τῷ θεῷ τῷ ἐπιβεβηκότι ἐπὶ τὸν οὐρανὸν τοῦ οὐρανοῦ κατὰ ἀνατολάς. ἰδοὺ δώσει ἐν τῇ φωνῇ αὐτοῦ φωνὴν δυνάμεως.

³⁵δότε δόξαν τῷ θεῷ· ἐπὶ τὸν Ἰσραὴλ ἡ μεγαλοπρεπία αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἡ δύναμις αὐτοῦ ἐν ταῖς νεφέλαις.

³⁶θαυμαστὸς ὁ θεὸς ἐν τοῖς ὁσίοις αὐτοῦ· ὁ θεὸς Ἰσραήλ, αὐτὸς δώσει δύναμιν καὶ κραταίωσιν τῷ λαῷ αὐτοῦ· καὶ εὐλογητὸς ὁ θεός.
