Salmo 29

¹Salmo de Davi: Reconhecei ao SENHOR, vós filhos dos poderosos, reconhecei ao SENHOR sua glória e força.

²Reconhecei ao SENHOR a glória de seu nome; adorai ao SENHOR na honra da santidade.

³A voz do SEHOR percorre por sobre as águas; o Deus da glória troveja; o SENHOR está sobre muitas águas.

⁴A voz do SENHOR é poderosa; a voz do SENHOR é gloriosa.

⁵A voz do SENHOR quebra aos cedros; o SENHOR quebra aos cedros do Líbano.

⁶Ele os faz saltar como bezerros; ao Líbano e a Sírion como a filhotes de bois selvagens.

⁷A voz do SENHOR faz chamas de fogo se separarem.

⁸A voz do SENHOR faz tremer o deserto; o SENHOR faz tremer o deserto de Cades.

⁹A voz do SENHOR faz as cervas terem filhotes, e tira a cobertura das florestas; e em seu templo todos falam de sua glória.

¹⁰O SENHOR se sentou sobre as muitas águas como dilúvio; e o SENHOR se sentará como rei para sempre.

¹¹O SENHOR dará força a seu povo; o SENHOR abençoará a seu povo com paz.

¹A Psalm of David. Give unto the Lord, O ye mighty, give unto the Lord glory and strength.

²Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.

³The voice of the Lord is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the Lord is upon many waters.

⁴The voice of the Lord is powerful; the voice of the Lord is full of majesty.

⁵The voice of the Lord breaketh the cedars; yea, the Lord breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.

⁶He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.

⁷The voice of the Lord divideth the flames of fire.

⁸The voice of the Lord shaketh the wilderness; the Lord shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.

⁹The voice of the Lord maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of his glory.

¹⁰The Lord sitteth upon the flood; yea, the Lord sitteth King for ever.

¹¹The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.

¹Psalmus David, in consummatione tabernaculi. Afferte Domino, filii Dei, afferte Domino filios arietum.

²Afferte Domino gloriam et honorem; afferte Domino gloriam nomini ejus; adorate Dominum in atrio sancto ejus.

³Vox Domini super aquas; Deus majestatis intonuit: Dominus super aquas multas.

⁴Vox Domini in virtute; vox Domini in magnificentia.

⁵Vox Domini confringentis cedros, et confringet Dominus cedros Libani:

⁶et comminuet eas, tamquam vitulum Libani, et dilectus quemadmodum filius unicornium.

⁷Vox Domini intercidentis flammam ignis;

⁸vox Domini concutientis desertum: et commovebit Dominus desertum Cades.

⁹Vox Domini præparantis cervos: et revelabit condensa, et in templo ejus omnes dicent gloriam.

¹⁰Dominus diluvium inhabitare facit, et sedebit Dominus rex in æternum.

¹¹Dominus virtutem populo suo dabit; Dominus benedicet populo suo in pace.

¹Ψαλμὸς τῷ Δαυείδ· ἐξοδίου σκηνῆς. Ἐνέγκατε τῷ κυρίῳ, υἱοὶ θεοῦ, ἐνέγκατε τῷ κυρίῳ υἱοὺς κριῶν· ἐνέγκατε τῷ κυρίῳ δόξαν καὶ τιμήν,

²ἐνέγκατε τῷ κυρίῳ δόξαν ὀνόματι αὐτοῦ· προσκυνήσατε τῷ κυρίῳ ἐν αὐλῇ ἁγίᾳ αὐτοῦ.

³φωνὴ Κυρίου ἐπὶ τῶν ὑδάτων, ὁ θεὸς τῆς δόξης ἐβρόντησεν, Κύριος ἐπὶ ὑδάτων πολλῶν.

⁴φωνὴ Κυρίου ἐν ἰσχύι, φωνὴ Κυρίου ἐν μεγαλοπρεπίᾳ.

⁵φωνὴ Κυρίου συντρίβοντος κέδρους· συντρίψει Κύριος τὰς κέδρους τοῦ Λιβάνου,

⁶καὶ λεπτυνεῖ αὐτὰς ὡς τὸν μόσχον τὸν Λίβανον· καὶ ὁ ἠγαπημένος ὡς υἱὸς μονοκερώτων.

⁷φωνὴ Κυρίου διακόπτοντος φλόγα πυρός.

⁸φωνὴ Κυρίου συνσείοντος ἔρημον, συνσείσει κύριος τὴν ἔρημον Καδής.

⁹φωνὴ Κυρίου καταρτιζομένου ἐλάφους, καὶ ἀποκαλύψει δρυμούς· καὶ ἐν τῷ ναῷ αὐτοῦ πᾶς τις λέγει δόξαν.

¹⁰Κύριος τὸν κατακλυσμὸν κατοικιεῖ· καὶ καθιεῖται Κύριος βασιλεὺς εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα.

¹¹Κύριος ἰσχὺν τῷ λαῷ αὐτοῦ δώσει, Κύριος εὐλογήσει τὸν λαὸν αὐτοῦ ἐν εἰρήνῃ.
